With a Master in Management / Sustainable Entrepreneurship, a Bachelor in Marketing, and years of experience as a leadership and energetic neurocoach for start-ups and global corporations, I help people and organizations unlock their full potential. When I joined Glow25, there was no structure — just an idea, a vision, chaos, and a bunch of talented people. Three years later, I have built a 50+ person operations team, bootstrapped it to €130M, and became the market leader in the collagen segment across DACH. But the real story isn’t the numbers — it’s the people. I’ve seen how culture, clarity, and trust turn ambitious teams into unstoppable ones. I believe that scaling a company isn’t just about processes or systems. It’s about developing people, empowering them and boosting their self-confidence that enables growth. That’s why I now work with startups and founders as a Coach & Mentor — helping them design scalable operations and unlock the potential of their people! My professional path led me through manifold experiences: from quantum physics, technology management and leadership in industry to the world of body, mind, energy and soul. As a physicist, engineer, psychologist, energy coach and yoga teacher, I have learned to apply one thing: Everything is energy, and energy can be transformed. Thus MYSEBI with its core competence of energetic neurocoaching is a perfect place for me to co-create, to live our vision and to create positive impact with passion and determination.
